2010 Suzuki Kizashi Full Test Review







We spent one week driving manual 6-speed AWD GTS Kizashi home and abroad, and took effect. We have small cars, Suzuki cars and SUVs in a lively spirit, and especially sports SX4s AWD, and good in many respects, but we had no idea what their first foray into the medium sedan expected.

We found that less than plush yet surprisingly comfortable and quiet, well together and the joy of driving. Manual transmission, and certainly shifted suddenly, and 4-cylinder engine worked well at lower speeds, but tend to run out of breath at higher revs. On-road was good, precise steering and brakes are strong and stable as necessary. Anything less and beyond than the typical mid-sized sedans, right? It is not enough lime in the back for a full-size adults.

Later we had the opportunity to group Kizashis (manual and CVT, FWD and AWD) and the main competitors in the various tests and treatment for a handful of rounds at Virginia International Raceway (VIR), near Danville, VA. They played an impressive and (not surprisingly, since the tests were designed Suzuki engineers excited) than the total of selected high-volume competitors on hand.
