2010 Suzuki Equator Review













New Suzuki Equator will be debuted in late 2010 model year. 2010 Equator will be powered by 4.0 liter V-6 engine that can produce maximum power of 195 kW at an angular speed of 5600 rpm and 281 pounds ft of torque at 4,000 rpm. 2010 Equator pickup will be designed following the model of the Nissan Frontier and 2010 Nissan Pathfinder.

The new engine will be bored by 95.5 mm, 92.0 mm stroke and a compression ratio of 9.7 with four valves per cylinder, variable valve timing and dual overhead camshafts. The price for the new model will be between 17,220 USD - $ 30,000. The Suzuki Equator will be a medium pickup truck comes with all essential safety and entertainment features.


2010 Equator pickup will be designed similar to Nissan Frontier model. It would be offered in two trim levels, crew cab and extended cab. Both models will offer either four-wheel drive or rear wheel drive configurations. The possibility of the engine will have 2.5 liter I-4, which can produce output to 152 horsepower, 4.0-liter V-6 engine that can produce output to 261 hp and a torque of 281 pounds ft

The new model will be linked to an equatorial five-speed manual gearbox or five-speed automatic transmission. It is expected that the I-4 and V-6 engine coupled to an automatic gearbox. The torque of the next generation pickup truck is 6500 pounds. 2010-equator capacity for up to five passengers.
